Every class at Storybook Bakehouse is gluten-free — not just an option, but how our whole kitchen runs. We bake exclusively with certified gluten-free flours and ingredients, and our space, tools, and surfaces are dedicated gluten-free with no shared equipment.
Because cross-contamination is a real risk for kids with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities, outside gluten snacks and treats are not permitted inside our kitchen — even for siblings or grown-ups. We ask every family to leave gluten-containing food at home so every child can bake, snack, and explore freely without worry.
